A Survivor’s Message of Support

Michelle La Vigne-Wedel is the author of a rather unique book called The Alien Abduction Survival Guide. She’s an experienced abductee, and having been abducted many many times, with perfect recall, her aim is to help other abductees manage their experiences and the impact that the experience can have on their lives. It’s a brilliant book, and I’ve just finished reading it.

She looks practically at the problems faced by abductees, one of many areas that is overlooked in terms of support with experiences that don’t fit into a ‘normal’ scientific framework. The alien abduction phenomenon has my interest, not only due to its connection with sleep paralysis but also because of its link to spirituality, the near-death experience and spirit visitations. With there being very little academic research into sleep paralysis and the abduction phenomena, it’s important not to forget the connection.

What follows is an extract from Michelle’s book explaining what happens as an abductee.

Here’s what she has to say:

Today’s experiencers undergo physical examinations that would normally kill them had they been done on Earth. Gemini people and even quick in/quick outs routinely remember having major organs removed or having their bodies totally cut in half. This is done to the person in a “time stop” situation so that their bodies do not degenerate and die. They seldom even bleed.

Often, the spiritual side of the experience happens during these radical tests. Could it be that the subjects are having near-death experiences? While under such stressful situations, they will often see the tunnel that leads to the white light reported by people who die on operating tables in Earth hospitals and are subsequently resuscitated. They may even see dead relatives. Frequently, they find themselves floating in a cloudy void, where they begin to see visions of their lives and their role in the universe.

Is it real or just a side effect of the ET’s work? The people who are worked on in this way come back with a heightened psychic sense. The more they’re worked on, the more the sense sharpens. (This also happens after a near-death experience).

During one, experience, my body was taken apart. I slipped into a vision. In this vision, I was flying in a cloudy void. I was drifting. I felt very warm and comfortable. After a few minutes, I was met by a small child with blond hair and sky-blue eyes. He talked like he was an adult, but he appeared to be only four or five years old. He spread out his hand and showed me what eternity was. At that moment, I realized that eternity had no beginning. It never started. The experience is difficult to explain in this short space. I could write a whole book on the nature of eternity. It’s enough to say that the realization changed my life. When I awoke following the procedure, Hetar (the ET who is with me each time) asked me if I saw anything. I told him about my vision, and he became very interested. He asked me to try to remember every detail. After a few sessions, I asked him why he needed to know about the things I saw during procedures. He said it was because these things were intriguing to him. He said he wanted to know where the visions came from.

I have seen other such visions. Several times I have come across a young man with wavy, golden hair. I know him and we start to talk. He tells me a tale about love and compassion. It is impossible to explain to you how much these things can change one’s life.

Hetar and I often talked about the correlation between my experiences with him and the visions I have seen. He seems curious about the fact that these visions are not created or controlled by the ETs, yet they happen anyway, even though the ETs are in total control of the situation on the physical level. A colleague of mine thinks Hetar wants to know because he is amazed by the fact that humans can have these visions while in a time-stop state.

The alien (extraterrestrial) abduction experience has a lasting psychological and social impact on anyone who experiences it. It’s an area that’s ignored by those in the field of UFOlogy, which is why Michelle’s book is welcome. But as we learn more about extraterrestrial life and the engagements here on Earth, let us hope that the needs of abductees are taken seriously and addressed.

As always, I send this post to you with love and light.

Have a great week, Sheila.
